  1. Hello there Yongli,

I felt inspired by your article to start working on my new year

2020 resolution. It is important to get a head start on something

    this important.

I have a question  for you: after setting up the resolution , how would you

Recommend to keep track of the achievements during the year ?

Thank you for your diligence in making these suggestions.

  • Hi Moi, yes. Once you have the list, paste it or stick it everywhere you can see every morning. It is good to remind ourselves daily, on the mirror, the fridge door, before you step out of the house. To make sure we always stick to our goals. It really helps! I listed them on my mirror, and look at it every time when I put on my make up. 🙂

  • Hi. I guess it is time to start thinking about making resolutions for next year.  My resolution is to cut back on my bad habits such as drinking and junk food.

I would ideally double my income next year. Or triple it. I would like to get more exercise and eat better.  Including improving my sleeping habits.

I alsowan to advance significantly in my blogging.

I hope you do great with your new year’s resolutions.

  • Wow, your post on 2020 new year resolutions resonates with me maybe more than I thought it would! Almost all of the new years resolutions you listed could apply to me, could make my life (and the lives of the people around me) better in so many ways. I think I might even have to print out your page or at least write down on notebook paper or something. Lots of good advice in there, nice job. Thanks.

  • I love how you incorporated quotes with some really achievable goals. We sometimes get stuck in the “but I didn’t achieve last year’s goals” it’s important to understand that you can achieve anything and everything at any given moment. It’s nice to have goals set up for the upcoming year, that keeps us motivated and looking for ways to do better.

  • What a great site. One of my 2020 New Year Resolution will be to check out this site. It has so much stuff on it.

It will take a lot of time to do this. How much time did it take to make this site? I like the t-shirts.

It so much to say about this site and all of it is good.

Thank you for this great website!

    • HI Glen, thanks. The website on and of 4 months to set up and build. It could be better! Glad that this post helps you with your new year resolution!
